Stand Up Paddle Surfing

STAND UP PADDLE SURFING
Contrary to popular belief, you can surf in the top end. You just need the right gear. With a Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) you can surf all year round. Yep, they are BIG, but they are light and although the waves are small in the dry season it beats sitting on the beach wishing !  Check out the local photos in our gallery.

Paddling a SUP puts the fun back into getting fit and it’s  a great way to improve core strength, flexibility and overall fitness without hammering your joints. SUP paddling is fun on flat water too.  Some call it “pilates on water”. It is a great way to ditch the cares of the day and relax and is suitable for all ages.

SUP lessons are available at reasonable prices. Gift vouchers are available too.
